Airport VIP-halls is one of the main part of the airport sistem which is aimed to serve VIP differently than ordinary clients. To create comfortable conditions while waiting for the departure, during routine customs & border formalities. For this purposes there is a special hall with a separate passport control & customs.

- on departure from Sheremetyevo-2 - on the second floor of the airport, near the information table, in front of the "Puteshestvennik";
- on arrival to Sheremetyevo-2 - in front of the aircraft exit;
- on departure from Sheremetyevo-1 - in front of the exit to the VIP-hall/departure;
- arrival to Sheremetyevo-1 - in front of the aircraft exit.
With the assistance of the representative of Empire Of Tourism the passenger goes through the customs control.

If there are any people who seeing him off or meeting him upon arrival, they can enter VIP-hall by saying the name of the person, whom they are meeting or seeing off. A person who is meeting the passenger can go through the customs and duty-free zone straight to the aircraft exit.

VIP-arrival hall in Sheremetyevo-2 is situated on the third floor of the airport. VIP-departure hall is on the second floor, in the left-hand side of the building.
VIP-arrival/departure hall in Sheremetyevo-1 is situated on the first floor, in the left hand side of the building of the airport.
