RULES OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE RESERVATION
Transportation bookings are accepted by:
Bookings should be send not less then 3 days prior the transportation.
Our manager contact you in the next 24 hours after receiving your reservation and check detailes. Later you'll receive all needed information (total price, number of the reservation, etc.)
If you agreed with this confirmation you must prepay 100% of suggested sum.
We accept payment by:
- credit cards:
- by bank transfer;
- in our office in Moscow.
The service is considered unfulfilled through the client's fault:
1) if the client does not observe the conditions of the service given;
2) if a client does not use the service by the time confirmed;
3) if the facts do not correspond with the information given at the beginning;
4) if the client cancels the service without advance notification by the round the clock phones: +7 095 741-3870, +7 095 789-9540
Cancellation of confirmed reservation must be done
not less then
1 working days prior the service.
If the service is unfulfilled through the client's fault the payment of the service is not reimbursed.
